What are our prices?

Our pricing starts at $159 for basic cleaning of a single room and goes up to $359 for a deep clean of the same. Additional services and rooms can be added for $30 each. Visit our Pricing Page for detailed information.

A deep clean is an extensive cleaning option designed to tackle areas that aren’t regularly addressed in a standard cleaning. It includes detailed scrubbing of kitchens and bathrooms, inside of appliances, cabinets, and thorough cleaning of all surfaces and floors.

Our flat-rate services include comprehensive cleaning based on the type of service chosen (Basic, Deep, or Commercial). Each category includes specific tasks tailored to the service level, with no hidden fees.

Payment is due upon completion of service. We accept major credit cards, which can be securely processed online when you book your service. A hold will be placed on this card prior to your cleaning. The credit card will be charged after the cleaning is completed.

For safety and efficiency, we cannot clean homes that fall under severe hoarding or contain hazardous conditions. If such situations are encountered, our team may reschedule the cleaning after initial conditions are improved.

Yes, our cleaners come fully equipped with all necessary cleaning supplies. If you have specific preferences or require eco-friendly products, please let us know in advance.

Typically, one or two cleaners will come to your home depending on the size and nature of the cleaning task.

Yes, these services can be requested for an additional fee. Please specify when booking if you require these additional tasks.

Absolutely, we can use eco-friendly cleaning supplies upon request at no extra charge.

We strive to provide the same cleaner for each visit to ensure consistency. However, this may depend on availability and scheduling.

It is not necessary for you to be home, but you are welcome to be if you prefer. Please provide entry instructions when scheduling your service.

Yes, you can skip or reschedule an appointment with at least 24 hour’s notice. Please contact us to adjust your booking. Cancellations made within 24 hours from scheduled cleaning are subject to a $40 cancelation fee.

You can provide us with entry instructions such as a key, door code, or other means when you book your appointment.

Our standard service includes cleaning inside windows.

For safety reasons, our cleaners do not use ladders or clean anything above reachable height with an extendable tool.

No, our services are limited to interior cleaning. We do not clean external areas such as backyards.

Yes, access to electricity and water is necessary to perform our cleaning services effectively.

Cancellations or rescheduling need to be done at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment to avoid a cancellation fee. Cancellations made within 24 hours from scheduled cleaning are subject to a $40 cancelation fee.

Ensuring your complete satisfaction is essential to us.

We recommend that all customers participate in both an initial and a final walkthrough with the cleaners. This process gives you the opportunity to point out any areas that may need additional attention. If you’re not fully satisfied with any aspect of the cleaning, please raise your concerns during these walkthroughs, and our cleaners will make the necessary adjustments before they leave.

If issues arise after our team has left, please contact our agency within 48 hours of the cleaning service. We will review complaints on a case-by-case basis to determine the appropriate resolution. In special cases, we can arrange for cleaners to return and address unresolved issues. Please note that complaints received after 48 hours will not qualify for a complimentary return visit, and any additional cleaning will incur charges at our standard rates.

Additionally, if during the cleaning it becomes apparent that your home requires more extensive work than originally estimated and you choose not to approve the additional cost or time required, our cleaners will do their best within the predefined scope. However, please understand that they will not return to complete any unapproved extra work without charge.
